  Said they would charge $275 to unlock a door even when on their site it says they have a 24 h emergency unlocking service. They gave no reason for the the amount of $275 other than it was "after hours" 6:15 pm. Our house is close by to the locksmith too. We cut off the handle instead and put a new one on for a much cheaper price. We also waited an hour for a call back from them..

  Dropped off two keys to get cut, at noon, and they said they'd have them done in the afternoon. I gave my phone number and they said they'd call when done. At 5 PM I called to see if keys were done and they said the keys were not cut and they close at 5. I went and picked up the keys and advised I'd get them cut elsewhere. Very poor customer service. Pretty sad when you can't get two keys cut at a locksmith in a five hour period. I won't be going back and will let me friends and family know about the poor service.
