  This was a very scruffy place, in my opinion certainly would fit into what most of us would consider the Starbuck Brand.

  I am a dedicated loyal Starbucks member and I have never had any problems at any location except for this one. The staff have so much attitude and frankly rude all around. I have seen them gossip about customers as they walk, my drinks are constantly getting mixed up and handed to other customers, and they make me feel like I’m in the wrong even though it’s cleary their fault. For being a premium coffee company with that premium price tag I have come to driving to other locations up to 30minutes both ways to avoid the hassle and bad service. I also would like to add it’s not just me coworkers and family have also been there and can testify that they need to get their act together cause they are becoming a joke to the Starbucks name.

  The coffees were ok and you know you were drinking a Starbucks, but I would not revisit just continue onto the next one.

  Parking lot can be busy at times to get in and out of but has no bearing on the location and their quality and recommendation.

  Love this starbucks. They’re always quick, even with it being something way beyond busy, and they are always super friendly. The girls are all so lovely and I can honestly say in my 2 years of, very, frequent visits they have NEVER messed up my order. Love going there and will continue.

  I stop at this location often as it is conveniently located near the main roads through Duncan. It has good outdoor seating and ample indoor seating. I like the big wood table for larger groups. (As long as one person isn’t taking up too much space)
